Delete your Cosmly account.

Use this form to permanently delete your Cosmly account and every piece of data we hold about you. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted
  • →Your account, email, name, and profile picture
  • →Your birth chart (date, time, location)
  • →Saved profiles (partner / family birth charts)
  • →Ask the Void conversation history
  • →Mood log entries
  • →Daily vibe cache and personal insights
  • →Push notification tokens
  • →Purchase history (subscription status is retained at Apple / Google for billing audit)
Retention

Anonymized analytics may persist for up to 90 days for fraud and abuse detection, after which they are purged. Subscription / purchase records held by Apple App Store and Google Play are governed by their own privacy policies.

Apple / Google sign-in users: sign in to the Cosmly app first, then use “Delete account” in Settings.
